IFAN Brass Product Production Process
IFAN brass product production process:
- Cut the brass material.
- Forge and press the copper, making it become the shape we need.
- Blanking and Blast sanding.
- CNC machines to complete the process of the products.
- Product Inspection: Each process has set up sampling inspection, patrol inspection, regular inspection, and other inspection procedures.
- Dry the products ( make our service life products longer ).
- Assemble department, the worker assemble zone and the automatic machine will assemble the products.
- Pressure test: Air leakage, pressure test, and another product testing will be carried out before the product leaves the factory.
- Package: Packed in Opp bags and standard export cartons.
