Scope of application

The light series pipe clamps are used for ordinary mechanical pressure pipes in 6 sizes series, the pipe outer diameter is 6-57mm.

Heavy-duty series pipe clamps are used for high mechanical pressure pipes in 8-size series, the pipe outer diameter is 8-273mm.

Installer

On the ground rail, the rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws, then push the rail nut into the rail, turn it 90 degrees, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp into the nut, put the pipe to fix, and then put The upper and upper half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate are fixed with screws.
In stacked assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws, first install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, put the pipe to be fixed, then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body, fix it with screws, and pass the anti-loosening cover plate prevent it from turning. Then install the second pipe clamp in the same way as above.
The assembly of the elbow, when assembling the elbow, should be directly fixed with Caster pipe clamps at the front and rear of the elbow. It is recommended that such support points should be fixed positions.
