Pressure Test：

After connecting the PPR cap/PPR threaded plug, if there is water leakage, if the plug of the PPR pipe has threads, you can remove the sealing tape or PTFE tape. If it is welded, it will need to be reworked. After the connection is complete, a 24-hour stress test verification is required. Basically, keep the pressure the same.

Tips: 

The connection of pipes and fittings in the PPR piping system is connected by hot-melt sockets. It is realized by means of a special hot-melting tool that melts and inserts the pipe fittings and the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe at the same time under the specified temperature and time conditions. The two parts form a uniformly sealed whole as they cool. This kind of connection has good sealing performance, high reliability, and prevents leakage.
